Simpsonville Expansion
Design rendering of KCC Research & Development Building
Simpsonville Commons is an 90+acre campus designed to support KCC Companies product expansion needs. The KCC Manufacturing Research & Development Building opened in June 2024 and is the first building for KCC Companies to be completed in Simpsonville Commons.
The new KCC Companies Headquarters is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2026.
