Due to travel restrictions, KCC added the option of virtual training. The virtual seminar has been extended to 4 days, 3-4 hours a day, and will include both classroom and unit work.

STEP 1: Complete the mandatory questionnaire.
STEP 2: Upon receipt of the questionnaire, Laura Clark (email@example.com), at KCC, will follow up with the dates available based on your results.
STEP 3: Submit registration and payment for your session.
STEP 4: One week prior to your session, the training manual and login information will be sent to the mailing address you provide in the questionnaire.
The Horizon Start-Up Technical Service Training is led by KCC Manufacturing Engineer, Jordan Reynolds, along with Jimmy Wiley and additional KCC Manufacturing tech support team members.
The seminar is designed to provide experienced technicians with practical installation and start-up knowledge, as well as troubleshooting, for Horizon units.
All instruction and hands-on training take place at KCC Manufacturing's newest state-of-the-art facility in Louisville, KY. (Please see technician requirements below.)

4-day virtual or in-person program covers all aspects of product installation, start-up, and troubleshooting FROM 9AM-1PM, Eastern Standard Time. If you wish to attend in-person, please email Laura Clark at after you complete the questionnaire.
Includes classroom instruction as well as VIRTUAL hands-on, technical training on actual units.
Printed & digital copy of technical handbook and thumb drive will be mailed to trainee or given in-person.
KCC Manufacturing TERVIS cooler cup will be mailed.
Safety sleeves & safety goggles provided to in-person trainees.
KCC will require trainees to wear a mask, and maintain social distance if participating in person.
MANDATORY TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
• Laptop and Tracer TU
• EPA license
• Mechanical & TU knowledge
• Prior knowledge on how to properly charge units
• Ability to read TGP
• Knowledge on how to diagnose & troubleshoot electrical circuits
• Fees of $695 per person/virtual includes: on-line training, shipment of training materials, thumb drive and cup.
• Fees of $1,550 per person/session for future in-person training includes: training materials, thumb drive, 3 nights accommodations at Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East, and scheduled meals.
Does not include travel, incidentals, ground transportation to/from airport, to KCC each day, or a 4th night at the hotel.
