IN-PERSON HORIZON TRAINING

KCC Manufacturing is offering a 2-day IN-PERSON Horizon start-up and service technician training at KCC's state-of-the-art Research and Development building in Simpsonville, KY. The seminar will provide technicians with practical installation, start-up, and troubleshooting knowledge for Trane Horizon units.

MANDATORY TRAINING QUESTIONNAIRE

ABOUT THE SEMINAR

Horizon start-up and service technician training is led by KCC's Field Service and Controls team.

 

The seminar is designed to provide experienced technicians with practical installation and start-up knowledge, as well as troubleshooting, for Horizon units.

 

All instruction and hands-on training take place at KCC Manufacturing's state-of-the-art Research and Development building in Simpsonville, KY. (Please see technician requirements below.)

PROGRAM FEATURES

  • 2-day in-person program covers covers startup requirements, installation, and some basic troubleshooting of common issues.  

  • Includes classroom instruction as well as, hands-on, technical training on actual units.

  • Printed & digital copy of technical handbook and thumb drive will be provided. 

  • KCC Manufacturing hat.

  • Safety sleeves, gloves, and safety glasses are factory provided.

 

MANDATORY TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

  • Technician is responsible for​​

    • Bringing a laptop with Tracer TU software.

    • Some working knowledge/experience of Tracer TU, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.

    • Steel-toed boots & pants must be worn for factory tour                                 

 

COST $1750.00

  • Cost includes:

    • Hotel Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday night

    • Breakfast & Lunch Tuesday & Wednesday

    • Dinner on Tuesday night

    • Transportation to/from dinner on Tuesday

  • ​Not included in training cost:

    • Transportation to/from the airport to the hotel

    • Transportation to/from hotel to the training facility. 715 Innovation Way, Simpsonville, KY (roughly 20 min drive from hotel)

    • Dinner Wednesday night

    • Travel, incidentals, or hotel nights beyond Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
