ABOUT THE SEMINAR
The Horizon Start-Up Technical Service Training is led by KCC Manufacturing Engineer, Jordan Reynolds, along with Will Keen, Michael Murphy, Laura Clark, Hemi Bridjnath, and additional KCC Manufacturing tech support team members.
The seminar is designed to provide experienced technicians with practical installation and start-up knowledge, as well as troubleshooting, for Horizon units.
All instruction and hands-on training take place at KCC Manufacturing's state-of-the-art facility in Louisville, KY. (Please see technician requirements below.)

2-day in-person program covers all aspects of product installation, start-up, and troubleshooting.

Safety sleeves, gloves & goggles-Technician is responsible for Steel Toe Shoes.

Prior knowledge on how to properly charge units

Ability to read TGP

Knowledge on how to diagnose & troubleshoot electrical circuits

SEMINAR RATES​

Fees of $1,750 per person/session for in-person training includes: training materials, thumb drive, 3 nights (Monday - Wednesday, accommodations and scheduled meals.

Does not include travel, incidentals, ground transportation to/from airport, or a 4th night at the hotel.
