In 2008, KCC became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan or ESOP. This allows KCC Team Members to become actual employee owners and share in the success of the company – at no cost to the employee.

I moved to Louisville in 1977 with the vision of building a company that would provide the highest quality and reliability in HVAC design, installation, and service.
