KCC June Town Hall

KCC Town Halls

The first KCC Town Halls took place on June 2nd at the Grassland facility and on June 13th at the Technology facility. We appreciate all those who attended and brought their questions for Joel. Joel will continue holding these meetings on a monthly basis and strongly encourages everyone to participate and bring forward insightful questions. If you missed the sessions, you can easily catch up by clicking button below to watch the video of the June town halls.

Looking ahead, we invite you to join us for the upcoming Technology Town Hall on July 16th from 1:00 to 1:30 pm. To sign up, please email Greg Jefferson at gjefferson@kccmfg.com. We look forward to seeing you there!

Simpsonville Update

There have been many changes in Simpsonville this month! The building is being painted, the windows are being installed, and paving has begun in front of the building. The breakroom roof is now complete, overhead doors have been installed, and part of the second and third floor mezzanines have been poured.  Very exciting to see this facility come to life!

Honoring KCC Vets

KCC is proud to announce a special initiative to honor employees who have served in our military. Those who are eligible will have an engraved brick that will display their name and branch(es) of service. This lasting tribute will be a meaningful addition to the walkway at our new Company Headquarters in Simpsonville, Kentucky.

Who Can Participate?

  • Eligible Veterans: Any current employee of KCC with military service, verified by a DD Form 214 (active duty) or NGB-22 (National Guard/Reserves), and has been with KCC for at least 5 years.(DD214 and NGB22 are military discharges)

How to Participate

  1. Express Interest: Tell your Supervisor you are interested and submit proper paperwork to Greg Jefferson.

  2. Submit a DD214 or NGB-22: This must be completed by July 25, 2025.

Event Details:

The ceremony date will be announced soon, but we encourage early submissions to ensure your brick is included. The event will feature a dedication ceremony, military honors, and speeches. All participants and their families will be invited to attend.

Need Assistance?

If you need help obtaining a DD214, visit www.archives.gov/veterans or contact the National Personnel Records Center. If you need help obtaining a NGB22, visit the National Archives' eVetRecs tool. An identity-verified ID.me account is needed, and additional verification steps, such as a "live selfie," may be requested. An email will confirm receipt of the request.
