Production Facilities Overview
Have you ever wondered what’s happening inside each KCC manufacturing facility? Here’s a quick overview of the products we’re currently producing and where they are being produced.​
GRASSLAND FACILITY
Roof Curbs, Curb Adapters, sheet metal products, MSP units, and unit modifications.
TECHNOLOGY FACILITY
Outdoor Air Systems - Horizon Flex, Horizon DOAS (Direct Outdoor Air System)
ELECTRON FACILITY
Residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance and repairs. Commercial new construction, plumbing and HVAC and commercial sheet metal fabrication.
TOOELE, UTAH FACILITY
Roof curb and curb adapters
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Houses three permanent psychrometric chambers for full performance and safety testing. As the first of its kind, these chambers drive innovation in technology, quality, and performance.
Simpsonville Update
We’re excited to report that our new facility is on schedule to receive its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in September.
Outside, crews have wrapped up the window framing in the front lobby and Employee Break area, and they’re busy pouring concrete at the rear of the building and installing the lifts on the overhead doors.

Inside, contractors are installing electrical and plumbing systems and have begun framing the partition wall that will separate our offices from the production floor. Assembly of the test stands and tower office between future line 1 and 2 will start taking place shortly.

Juliett Suarez Figueredo
What is your role at the company, and what does your day-to-day work involve?
I am a Laser Operator. I find programs in the laser and check the metal to make sure it the proper gauge and type. I do all the paperwork that comes with running the laser. I also help to sort the metal when it has competed cutting.
Can you share a bit about your career journey before joining the company?
I have worked at two companies since being in the United States. Both companies produced filters. One was in Indiana. I was on the production lines for these companies helping to build the filters.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people at work might not know?
When I am home I take care of and babysit my dogs.

What’s a hobby or passion you pursue outside of work?
I am a gym rat. I go to the gym often.
What advice would you give to a new employee starting at the company?
Work hard and you can grow in the company!

We’re also excited to announce our new ESOP Co-Chairs: Jeanne Baker and Becky McClellan.
